These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of theartofpausing.app (this website) and, once available, The Art of Pausing companion app (together, the "Service"), provided by Signal Coding Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

By visiting this website, joining the waitlist, or using The Art of Pausing app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of the service
theartofpausing.app is a marketing and information website for The Art of Pausing, a creative alternative to meditation and journaling. Through this website you can join a waitlist to be notified when the companion app launches, and learn about The Spiral Shift®. The Art of Pausing app itself, once launched, will offer guided creative practices, reflections and related features on a subscription basis, as described on this website at that time.
Intellectual property
This website, The Art of Pausing app, and all related content, text, graphics, logos and designs are owned by, or licensed to, Signal Coding Ltd and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. Power in the Pause® and The Spiral Shift® are registered trade marks of Signal Coding Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, anyone else. In particular, you agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or any related systems;
- use any automated means to scrape, copy or extract content from this website;
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through the waitlist form; or
- use the Service in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create any obligation on our part to provide you with access to The Art of Pausing app by any particular date, or at all. Details of how we handle waitlist email addresses are set out in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signal Coding Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
